Kodex runs on a secure, layered infrastructure designed to stay stable at all times. If a maintenance window occurs, trades started between 07:00–07:05 UTC may pause.
If anything stops mid-action, simply retry once the system reconnects.

Continuous Security (24/7)
Security updates that don't require downtime are applied automatically every day:
- Application security patches
- SSL/TLS certificate renewals
- Firewall & intrusion prevention updates
- Package vulnerability fixes
These updates happen seamlessly in the background — you won't notice a thing.
Scheduled Maintenance (Bi-weekly)
Some critical updates require a brief system restart to take effect.
We schedule these during low-traffic hours to minimize impact
What we update:
- Kernel security patches: Deep system-level protection against vulnerabilities
- Performance optimization: System memory refresh and service restart
- Core infrastructure: Updates to fundamental system components
Schedule: 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month - Time: 07:00 UTC - Duration: Approximately 15-30 seconds

What to expect:
Maintenance is brief. Most of the platform stays stable.
If the system pauses, it restores itself automatically.
These remain fully intact:
- Your positions and holdings
- Portfolio values
- Finished courses, lessons, and badges
- Profile settings
- Streaks and other Achievements
May Pause Briefly
- Trade execution — may not complete → Retry after ~30 seconds
- Quiz question — current answer may not save → Re-submit after reconnect
- Daily challenge submission — may not register → Submit again once the platform returns
- Dashboard view — brief “connection lost” message → The page reconnects on its own
- Streaks and other Achievements
Automatic Recovery - When maintenance ends, the platform resumes normal operation within seconds:
- Your session stays logged in
- Your data remains safe
- Your progress remains unchanged
