Purchases & Access Policy
‍Kodex Academy offers digital products and instant-access features.
To maintain fairness, clarity, and consistency, all purchases follow the guidelines below.

1. All Digital Purchases Are Final
‍Because Keys, boosts, passes, unlocks, and other digital items provide immediate access, all purchases are non-refundable.

This includes:
- accidental purchases
- unused items
- changes of preference
- dissatisfaction
- misunderstanding of features
- downtime
- lower-than-expected results
- promotional placements

2. Subscriptions
‍If you subscribe to any recurring product:
- you may cancel anytime
- cancellation stops future billing
- past payments are not refunded
- access continues until the end of the billing period

3. Technical Issues
‍Occasional maintenance, updates, or external service interruptions may occur.
These do not qualify for refunds, but access will resume normally once resolved.

4. Payment Responsibility
‍You are responsible for:
- managing your chosen payment method
- securing your device and account
- preventing unauthorized use

You are also responsible for the security of your own wallets, private keys, and authentication methods.
Kodex Academy cannot recover funds or access lost through external breaches, compromised devices, or third-party wallet hacks.

Any disputed or unauthorized charges must be handled through your payment provider.

5. Taxes & Pricing
‍Prices may vary by region and may include VAT or applicable taxes where required.

6. Digital Nature of the Platform
‍Kodex Academy provides services, unlocks, and upgrades in digital form. Because access is delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” digital items cannot be reversed, revoked, or replaced once issued.

Users are responsible for understanding what each product grants before completing a purchase, and Kodex Academy may update or improve digital features over time as part of ongoing platform development.

Partner Promotion Guidelines
Kodex Academy provides optional promotional services for projects that want visibility on the platform. These include featured token placements, banners, sponsored sections, and other promotional formats.

To keep expectations clear and maintain platform integrity, the following terms apply.

1. Visibility — Not Endorsement
‍A promotional placement on Kodex Academy does not represent:
Endorsement, Verification, Partnership, Approval, or Investment recommendation.
Projects remain fully independent, and users must evaluate them on their own.

2. Project Responsibility for Content
‍Projects supplying promotional material must ensure their content is:
Accurate, Lawful, Non-misleading. Compliant with regulations. Free of unsupported claims, and Safe to link to.
Kodex Academy may reject or remove content at its discretion.

3. No Liability for Project Outcomes
‍Kodex Academy is not responsible for:
Token performance, Financial losses, User reactions, Project decisions, Market events, Regulatory actions, or Issues arising from external websites
Promotions offer visibility only.

4. Non-Refundable Promotional Services
‍All promotional services are digital and activated immediately.
For this reason, they are non-refundable, including cases where:
Engagement is lower than expected, The project changes direction, The token’s market performance declines, Downtime temporarily affects visibility, Rotation reduces screen time, or Content is removed for violations.
This maintains fairness and protects platform standards.

5. Rotation & Visibility Structure
‍Some placements rotate or share space.
We do not guarantee:
Impressions, Clicks, Conversions, Equal visibility across rotations or Constant visibility
Rotation logic may evolve over time to improve balance.

6. Platform Changes & Improvements
‍UI updates, feature enhancements, and ongoing platform improvements may change how placements appear. This is normal for long-term platform growth and does not qualify for refunds.

7. Independence of Projects
‍Kodex Academy does not participate in or influence a project’s:
Roadmap, Tokenomics, Liquidity, Management, Governance or Financial operations.
Everything beyond visibility is under the project’s own direction and responsibility.
